THE COUPLES CONNECTION SESSION

I am so unbelievably grateful for our session.

For years I have been easily triggered in relationships, having meltdowns where I would feel out of control of my escalating emotions and body.

Immense shame and self loathing would overcome me - and then I’d cuss at myself and hit myself. I’d be emotionally drained for days after. It’s been a repeated behavior for a long time.

There have been two times since our session where I felt the same intense emotions, but I had not even the slightest urge to self abuse!

That experience and contrast and ABSENCE of that impulse is an undeniable evidence that real healing happened during our session!
